Turnaround and Restructuring Manager or Associate Director?
Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.
Grade: Manager/Associate Director
Contract type: Permanent
A snapshot of your peer group:
Accountancy qualification (Chartered Accountant or equivalent).
Experience in restructuring, corporate recovery, insolvency or related advisory fields.
Strong financial analysis skills, including working capital diagnostics, 13-week cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and short-term cash-preservation planning.
Experience supporting or leading financial restructuring engagements, including options assessments, independent business reviews (IBRs), and stakeholder-led restructuring processes.
Exposure to operational turnaround assignments, including performance improvement initiatives, cost-reduction programmes, and operational stabilisation plans.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders under pressure.
Excellent drive, commitment and enthusiasm, combined with strong project management discipline.

Here is what you can initially expect:
In this role, you will take full responsibility for a diverse portfolio of restructuring, turnaround and insolvency assignments.
Responsibilities include:
Leading financial restructuring engagements, including liquidity reviews, IBRs, covenant assessments and refinancing support.
Developing and reviewing short-term cash flow forecasts, working capital analyses, cash-management improvement plans and ongoing liquidity monitoring.
Advising clients on cash-preservation levers, operational performance issues and turnaround strategies.
Supporting negotiations and communications with key stakeholders, including lenders, investors, legal advisors and management teams.
Operational Turnaround
Conducting diagnostics to identify performance issues across functions such as procurement, supply chain, pricing, SG&A and operational processes.
Designing and executing performance improvement workstreams, including rapid-cost-takeout actions and value-creation initiatives.
Supporting stabilisation plans for businesses under acute pressure.
Insolvency & Formal Appointments
Planning and carrying out liquidation, receivership and examinership engagements.
Managing all phases of statutory processes and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality commercial outcomes.
Full commercial management of your engagement portfolio.
Coordinating, mentoring and developing team members.
Ensuring high-quality deliverables and maintaining exceptional client service standards.
