Job Description:
The successful candidate will work on their own initiative to lead projects from inception, design, detailed design, and tender through to construction stages.
An in-depth technical knowledge of construction is essential for this role. Knowledge of the Statutory Consent Process, Planning, FSCA, DAC, and current building regulations is necessary.
Experience in the use of AutoCAD 2024 and Autodesk Revit 2024 is essential; supplementary training will be provided where required.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years experience
2. Self-motivated with an ability to work within a team structure
3. Knowledge of the Statutory Consent processes (Planning, FSCA, DAC) and current Building Regulations
4. Strong technical and construction knowledge, combined with detailing, design development, and tender pack assembly
5. BIM (Revit) modelling experience is essential; all projects will be carried out in a 3D modelling environment from inception to completion.
