 
        HR OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE (CONTRACT) Location: Galway (1 full week per month in the office) Contract: 12 months initially (via an umbrella company or your own limited company) Salary: 40-45K per annumROLE OVERVIEWWe are currently seeking a HR Operations Associate to work as part of the HR Team supporting our client's associate experience through all aspects of the employment cycle. Are you looking for a varied and interesting role?In this role, you will collaborate across the global HR function, managing high volume associate queries. This role reports to the HR Director in Ireland.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*Support monthly payroll administration working as part of a global project team*Management of high-volume employee queries and requests.*Act as HR expert providing advice, guidance, and clarity on HR policy related queries.*Maintenance of HR templates, forms, documents, and procedures.*Process and maintaining HR system transactions.*Supporting benefit administration such as healthcare, pension, cycle to work etc.*Support leave of absence requests including processing system records and query management*Processing documentation requests, including salary certificates, employment verification, visa support letters etc.*Support HR priorities and business requirements as neededKEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE*Ideally a Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related discipline*CIPD qualification is an advantage*Relevant experience in HR, ideally in a payroll, immigration, absence management or employee relations support*Experience is a customer facing role, managing multiple stakeholders.*You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.*You are comfortable multi-tasking and working against deadlines.*A strong proficiency with Workday, MS Office and especially Excel*Your communications skills are excellent, and you have a proven ability to work with project teams located in multiple geographic locations, including the ability to engage business stakeholders.*Analytical thinking and your ability to problem solve are highly valued skills, that you take pride in*A hands-on work style: with a dynamic 'can do' attitude with a strong desire to make things happenIf the role is of your interest, get in touch via email for more details.If you are interested in other roles or career change, please do not hesitate to contact me too.Adecco is an equal opportunity employer.Adecco Ireland is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
