 
        
        Key Job Responsibilities
 * Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring timely completion of fortnightly payments.
 * Review electronic and paper timesheets, verifying employee hours worked.
 * Liaise with HR on new starters, leavers, promotions, and leave queries, providing exceptional support.
 * Verify all payments, benefits, and deductions comply with tax and company policies.
 * Maintain accurate payroll records, ensuring data confidentiality and security.
 * Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries professionally and efficiently.
 * Support audits and reporting as required, maintaining transparency and accountability.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
 * Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
 * Relevant payroll certification or equivalent qualification.
 * Minimum 2 years recent experience in a busy payroll environment.
 * Proven experience using Resource Link HR/Payroll system or similar software.
 * Strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
 * Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.
