Key Responsibilities:
Deliver High-Quality Outputs: Create well-researched, insightful deliverables that reflect a deep understanding of the client, their industry, and both local and global sustainability agendas. Demonstrate expertise in sustainability pathways and market connections.
Client Account Management: Oversee key client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and lead sustainability-focused business development, including proposals and bids.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels within client organizations to drive sustainability initiatives and strategic engagements.
Communication and Outreach: Support both internal and external communications through multiple channels such as websites, intranet, presentations, workshops, conferences, events, newsletters, social media, and videos.
Knowledge Sharing and Learning: Commit to continuous learning, actively share insights with team members, and strive to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Development, Economics, Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields from a reputable institution.
A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in these fields is considered an asset.
Professional Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in sustainability at a corporate level or in a consultancy role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven expertise in sustainability, including advisory services in sustainability reporting, strategy development, supply chain sustainability, decarbonization, and sustainability due diligence.
Familiarity with recent frameworks and regulations, such as CSRD, CSDDD, TSRS, TCFD, and IFRS S1 & S2, along with knowledge of the SBTi framework.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Strategic thinker capable of transforming concepts into actionable sustainability practices.
Creative problem-solving skills to address client-specific sustainability challenges.
Strong communication skills in both Turkish and English, including proficiency in report writing and presentation delivery.
