Support the rollout of campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, print, outdoor advertising, and property platforms.
Maintain website content and assist with managing online advertising and campaign reporting.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, signage, photography, and video content.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support sales activity and marketing initiatives.
Provide general marketing and administrative support, including event materials, supplier coordination, purchase orders, and budget tracking.
Key Skills Required 2+ years experience in a marketing role.
Experience working on marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Experience using Canva or similar design tools to create marketing materials and branded content.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Experience in residential development marketing is desirable.
