Opalus Healthcare is currently recruiting Consultant Gastroenterologists / General Medicine for locum and standalone positions across hospitals in Ireland.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient gastroenterology care, managing a broad range of GI and liver conditions.Perform diagnostic and therapeutic upper and lower GI endoscopy within the Endoscopy Unit.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.Participate in on-call duties for gastroenterology and acute general medicine as required.Support education and training for junior doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, while maintaining ongoing CPD and adherence to professional standards.RequirementsFull registration with the Irish Medical Council (IMC) in the Specialist Division.Experience working in Ireland or the UK.Eligibility to work in Ireland (Irish/EU/UK passport or Stamp 4).How to ApplyPlease submit your CV detailing yourgastroenterology/medicine experienceand current availability.
