Position Summary:

The Student Service Coordinator is responsible for delivering excellent service to students by providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for students and visitors, providing courteous and professional assistance, advice, and feedback handling.
- Collaborate with the Centre Director and Director of Studies to generate and convert walk-in students.
- Manage accommodation services, including residence and homestay allocations, maintaining records per company policy.
- Plan, implement, and promote student activities, assisting students as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory procedures, including immigration requirements; may be trained as DSO in the US.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the student experience, including managing the Student Ambassador Program.
- Coordinate the delivery of student arrivals, transfers, homestay assignments, and first-day operations.
- Assist with the collection of student payments following finance policies.

Education Required:

A-level or equivalent

Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Education Desired:

Higher Education

Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.

Experience Required:

Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in multicultural settings.

Experience Desired:

- Customer Service experience
- Experience in multicultural environments
- Travel experience as a language student
- Knowledge of accommodation in the EFL industry
- Experience in an English Language School
