Main Purpose of Role:
We are looking for aFleet & Plant Administrator to join our Plant Departmentat Newbridge Co. Kildare. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Reporting to the Fleet & Plant Supervisor, the Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Fleet & Plant Team ensuring the efficient operation of the Plant Department.
Role Duties:
* Maintain vehicle records for BIK file.
* Assist with the management of maintenance documentation for vehicles, Plant and safety equipment.
* Create and amend Purchase Orders whilst ensuring invoices are against the correct project for approval. Dealing with supplier orders and queries.
* Carry out general office duties (i.e. filing, data entry and creation of plant reports).
* Utilise our internal plant system to produce reports for different projects and departments.
* Assist with vehicle maintenance including DOE, NCT and Tax activities.
* Provide support and cover to team members, as required.
* Assist in other administrative duties, as and when required.
Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
