Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction activities on mechanical projects.
* The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Construction Manager, Site Manager or similar role with background in HVAC, mechanical systems, piping or industrial construction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the installation of mechanical systems including but not limited to electrical distribution panels, equipment installations along with piping & plumbing connections for non potable water services. Demonstrate expertise in project planning control through strong interpersonal skills by coordinating closely with fellow team members across various disciplines like finance economics design operations manufacturing quality assurance purchasing marketing supply chain management research development customer support business development employee relations facilities management sales service procurement sourcing production logistics import export compliance hrm policies procedures advocacy and regulatory issues.
* Analyzing processes identifying areas requiring improvement implementing changes monitoring progress evaluating results while staying up-to-date
