Responsibilities Follow and implement Galway Bay Hotel standards Ensure cleanliness of public areas Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms Vacuum rooms and corridors, lifts, stairwells Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks Restock and maintain trolley on daily basis Dispose of waste accordingly as per company guidelines Check public areas and toilets taking corrective action where necessary Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner Follow lost property procedures About You Must be flexible and enjoy a challenge Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task Must be standards-driven and detail-orientated Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage Why work with us?
