Our client, an Irish-owned property development company based in Limerick City, is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.
Who we are seeking
* Experienced Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper
* High attention to detail
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining Debtors and Creditors
* Posting purchase and sales invoices
* Bank postings and reconciliations
* Dealing with supplier queries
* Assisting the Financial Controller with monthly and annual accounts
* Ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Experience:
* Proven experience as a senior bookkeeper or similar role
* Property or construction experience preferred
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage) and Microsoft Excel
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
