Inside Sales Representative (German Market) – B2B Solutions
Location: Hybrid- 3 days office based/ 2 days from home, hours 9am to 5pm
Language Requirement: Fluent German & Business-Level English

We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to engage B2B clients across the DACH region. You'll be part of a forward-thinking sales team offering innovative solutions that directly impact customers' operations and long-term success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of their territory.
Responsibilities
8. Drive Sales with Purpose: Build and grow profitable customer relationships primarily via phone, email, and virtual meetings using a consultative, insight-led approach.
9. Understand and Solve: Dive deep into the customer's business to understand their goals, challenges, and industry trends—then deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
10. Build Trust: Become a reliable partner by offering value beyond the product—delivering insights, options, and clarity in every interaction.
11. Collaborate to Win: Work cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and customer experience teams to ensure a seamless, impactful customer journey.
12. Stay Ahead: Keep an eye on competitors, market shifts, and industry innovations to ensure you're always providing relevant, strategic recommendations.
13. Negotiate Confidently: Handle pricing discussions and proposals within defined guidelines while always keeping the customer and company's interests aligned.
Key requirements
14. Language Skills: Fluent in German and comfortable working in English-speaking environments.
15. Sales Experience: 2+ years in a B2B sales role, preferably inside sales or account management.
16. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
17. Mindset & Skills:
18. Customer-centric with a consultative, solutions-driven approach.
19. Strong communication and active listening skills.
20. Confidence in negotiating and closing deals.
21. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
22. Comfortable using CRM tools, digital collaboration platforms, and data for decision-making.
