About the Role
Key Responsibilities of this position are to:
• Confirm details of orders, including quantity and item type
• Prepare shipping documents
• Package items securely to prevent damage during transit
• Manage & arrange for pickup or delivery of goods working with various transit companies and bookings onto their respective systems
• Track shipments and update customers on the status.
Main Job Activities Include :
• Managing inventory of shipping materials and supplies in a warehouse environment,
• Verifying accuracy of product upon arrival from production in safe order packing also moving them into correct units as needed along sorting accordingly. Customs Clearance knowledge – HS tariff codes required., Inbound inspections at destination sites too!

Your Key Requirements (Education And Experience)
* Familiarity with Shipping management software tools such as FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip;
* Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems(WMS)and Inventory Control Systems(IC);
* Able to work under pressure meeting deadlines;
* GREAT Communication customer Service skills Expertise resolving issues like delays Damaged Goods incorrect deliveries Manual Invoice Creation Good Microsoft Office skills –
