About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Business Program Manager
to support our client, a leading global technology company. In this role, you will own designated areas of one large or multiple small to mid-sized programs, setting priorities, driving execution, and delivering results across cross-functional teams.
You will take full ownership of program outcomes, including solving complex and ambiguous problems, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring programs remain on track to meet strategic objectives. This role requires strong program management expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and drive program strategy, priorities, and execution across one or more programs.
* Translate stakeholder needs into clearly defined program goals, roadmaps, and prioritized deliverables.
* Develop and manage program and project roadmaps to align stakeholders, coordinate resources, and manage expectations.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, product, and technical teams to drive successful delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and establishing credibility.
* Establish, document, and track program processes; ensure adherence to compliance and privacy requirements.
* Identify, assess, and manage program risks, including driving cross-functional risk mitigation activities.
* Develop and maintain documentation defining solution scope, milestones, deliverables, and governance processes.
* Drive the development and ownership of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across multiple programs and report progress to leadership.
* Use data analysis and deep dives to generate insights and provide data-driven strategic recommendations.
* Define, track, and report on key program metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
* Facilitate effective meetings and deliver clear, strategic communications to diverse stakeholder audiences.
* Lead post-program reviews, gather feedback, ensure documentation is up to date, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Act as a subject matter authority to support leadership decision-making in ambiguous problem spaces.

* Proven experience in

* Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally.
* Experience collaborating closely with engineering, analytics, and technical teams.
* Experience in

, including supporting localization and testing for product launches.
* Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
* Demonstrated ability to manage risks, resources, and complex dependencies.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and consultative skills.
* Ability to lead through influence and manage meetings effectively.
