An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join a growing Fuel Card division. This role involves developing new B2B relationships while maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts. The position is ideal for a motivated sales professional looking to progress their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
 * Generate and qualify new business leads through outbound activity and relationship building.
 * Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maximise retention and growth.
 * Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
 * Support marketing and promotional initiatives, including online and social media activity.
 * Handle day-to-day administrative duties related to the role.
 * Participate in training and professional development sessions as required.
Experience & Skills
 * Minimum 2 years' experience in telesales, sales, or account management.
 * Proven success in outbound sales and lead generation.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent phone manner.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing or CRM tools.
 * Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads effectively.
 * Self-motivated, adaptable, and target-driven with a positive attitude.
