Theatre Anaesthetic Recovery Nurse Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Anaesthetic Recovery Nurse to join our healthcare team.
* Assist in a wide range of specialties, including orthopaedic, general, ophthalmology, gynae, ENT, pain management, urology, and vascular surgery.
* Develop specialist knowledge of nursing practice relating to clinical areas.
* Liaise with link lecturers from affiliated nurse education departments to maintain our hospital as a recognised learning environment for student nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clinical responsibilities: Deliver high-quality patient care, act as preceptor to pre-registration students, mentor new clinical staff, and support colleagues when needed.
* Quality & Audit: Participate and lead as required in clinical audit and research activity within the field, promoting a positive attitude towards evidence-based practice.
* Health and Safety: Uphold our hospital's policy requirements in relation to Fire, Infection Control, Radiation Safety, and Health and Safety at work regulations.
