Our Investments professionals are responsible for investing the insurance premiums and deposits we collect to generate net investment income that is available to pay claims or benefits and provide returns to shareholders. Corebridge Financial Investments provides advisory and asset management solutions to Corebridge Financial, its business units and third-party. clients, globally, maintaining an internal investment platform across multiple asset classes. These asset classes include investment grade and high yield corporate debt, sovereign and emerging market debt, municipal debt, securitized products, residential and commercial mortgage loans, private placements, real estate, public equities and private equity. The Investment team is comprised of portfolio managers, traders, research analysts, product owners, loan originators and underwriters and other professionals endeavoring to provide strong returns on our clients’ invested capital. At Corebridge Financial Investments, we are thought leaders in the global asset management industry with expertise and capital spanning the globe.**About the role**The primary responsibility of this role is to provide operational support to Internal Stakeholders not limited to but including, Corebridge Financial Asset Management Front Office, Investment Accounting, Global Capital Markets, Middle Office, Compliance and Corebridge Financial Treasury.**Responsibilities*** Responsible for the Oversight of Aladdin Cash exceptions reports to ensure that cash non receipts and cash differences between Aladdin records and the Custodian records are escalated where required following review of Commentary/Root Cause/Responsible Party.* Responsible for the Oversight of Aladdin Position exception reports. This primarily consists of reviewing difference between Aladdin Vs Custodian & Aladdin Vs External Investment Managers ensuring that escalation on specific types of breaks in order to resolve where possible.* Responsible for maintenance of PMF (Portfolio Master File) workflow tool to ensure that requests are actioned in a timely manner.* Responsible for the Oversight of PMF (Portfolio Master File) Control reports to ensure that Corebridge Financial records and Aladdin records are aligned & escalated where they are not.* Act as a single point of contact for Investment Accounting, Portfolio Managers, Traders, Compliance and Insurance Companies in respect to Investment operations queries.* Responsible for the timely & accurate distribution of monthly reporting as required by internal / external stakeholders* Continually review processes to identify areas for increased efficiency and risk reduction* Assist with regular audit related requests from internal & external auditors* Support team manager & team lead as and when required**Skills and Qualifications*** 5 + years’ experience within an investment function.* An excellent knowledge of both front and back office processes within an investments business, gained by working closely with a variety of different desks on a wide range of initiatives.* Willingness to take initiative to problem solve and work at own initiative is a must.* Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility with individuals of all levels.* Strong Excel Skills, including but not limited the ability to create vlookups, If Statements, Pivots & Macros.* Experience using Aladdin in a prior role an advantage.* Degree in business, finance or a related discipline desirable#LI-SAFG #LI-HybridAt Corebridge Financial, we prioritize the health, well-being, and work-life balance of our employees.
