The Responsibilities Of The Successful Candidate Will Include
* Acting as Deputy to the Reliability Manager when required.
* The review and analysis of maintenance data relating to components and systems, the identification and resolution of reliability alerts, and identification of solutions for repetitive delay causes.
* Drive process innovation and automation using Power BI and data programming.
* Working with Boeing and OEMs to drive reliability improvement into Ryanair's operation.
* Performing detailed cost/benefit analysis of reliability improvement options and making solid recommendations to executive management.
* Provision of reports and analysis of aircraft dispatch reliability and identification of solutions for repetitive delay causes.
* Participation in reviews with the worldwide 737 operators and influencing Boeing's reliability priorities.
Requirements
* Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineer or B-1/B-2/CAT A license. Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with strong data analytical skills, could also be considered.
* Proven ability to demonstrate management skills and assume leadership responsibilities.
* Good knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, Java, or C/C++, and working knowledge of PowerBi, would be preferable.
* Good working knowledge of AMOS would be preferable.
* Flexible approach with project delivery being a high priority.
* Excellent communication skills, both in-person and by electronic means.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment.
