The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This is a stand alone role. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager will play a strategic role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting business objectives through effective HR initiatives. Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience. CIPD qualification, desirable Experience in a similar industry (construction, engineering etc) desirable Strong knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
