Great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a growing multidisciplinary design studio North Dublin.
Ideally located outside the city and conveniently accessed off the motorway, they have an urgent requirement for a qualified Architectural Technologist with strong Revit experience who is keen to progress within a supportive, well-structured and collaborative consultancy.
Joining the architectural team, youll assisting in delivering medium and large-scale projects, gaining hands-on technical experience from design through to construction.
Responsibilities include: Develop and coordinate drawings, and technical documentation using Revit Support project delivery from design development through to construction Ensure compliance with relevant TGDs Coordinate architectural information along with engineers and other consultants Maintain compliance with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, fire safety, accessibility, and planning conditions Assist with technical queries, and site-related information Desired Skills & Experience: Degree level qualification in Architectural Technology (essential) A minimum of 3 years+ in an architectural technology role within an architectural design office or multidisciplinary organisation Full proficiency in Revit, knowledge of AutoCAD Competency in producing technical detailing and construction documentation Working knowledge and experience adhering to Irish Building Regulations A team player with good communication, interpersonal skills Previous experience on public sector projects is highly advantageous Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland Own car and full driving licence Salary & Benefits include: Competitive salary €55k+ Pension Flexitime Parking CPD Genuine career progression For further details contact Deborah - all calls strictly confidential.
