About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented QA/QC Engineer Graduate to join our teams in Europe and gain hands‑on experience in quality management across large‑scale construction projects. This role offers exposure to quality assurance and control processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing QA/QC plans and procedures
Support inspection and testing activities for materials and workmanship
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance
Maintain accurate quality documentation, including inspection reports and test records
Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action plans for non‑conformances
Assist in internal audits and quality reviews
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the project team
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
Graduation between 2025-2026
Knowledge of quality standards and processes (ISO 9001 is an advantage)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with QA/QC software or systems is a plus
