This role involves managing and developing an established commercial book of business. Key Responsibilities include Sales and Activity Management:
* Manage client insurance needs
* Support Account Directors on client accounts
* Achieve upsell and cross-sell targets
* Follow agreed processes for all tasks
* Manage aged debt and premium collection
* Comply with all audit requirements
The ideal candidate will have minimum APA qualification, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, positive attitude with adaptability to change, attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines, technical and product knowledge, good personal organization and time management skills.
