The Role:
As a seasoned Sales Manager, you will spearhead the national sales strategy and its implementation. Your mission is to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and maintain a strong competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities
* Own national sales strategy and delivery, setting clear targets and implementing effective pricing, budgeting, and forecasting mechanisms.
* Lead a team of Sales Executives, providing coaching, performance management, and establishing a cadence that drives results.
* Partner with Operations and Marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and channel initiatives that maximize margin.
* Grow key accounts, secure tender wins, and establish senior relationships with contractors, consultants, and distributors.
* Harness data insights to identify trends, track competitors, and prioritize growth opportunities by region and product mix.
* Enhance sales discipline through dashboards, KPIs, reporting rhythms, and succession planning.
* Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the MD/Board, facilitating informed decision-making.
