* We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to develop their career in quantity surveying, working alongside senior surveyors and multidisciplinary project teams. You will gain hands-on experience across cost management, commercial delivery, and project financials, contributing to the successful delivery of a diverse range of projects.
Responsibilities include managing project costs and preparing detailed financial reports as well as supporting procurement activities related to subcontractor packages.
* (1) Assist in budgeting; manage cash flow forecasting as well communicate effectively with other departments on workload requirements within set timelines
* (2) Prepare valuations & monthly progress accounts ensuring all documentation is accurate & up-to-date
