On behalf of a leading Construction and Facilities Management Group in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Finance Business Partner.
This is a key commercial finance role, supporting operations and senior leadership with financial insight, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the business, driving performance and ensuring strong financial governance across multiple projects and contracts.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with operational and project teams to provide financial guidance and challenge assumptions.
Prepare and present management reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Monitor project profitability, cost control, and cash flow.
Support tender reviews, pricing, and business cases for new projects.
Identify process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).2+ years' post-qualification experience, ideally within construction, engineering, or facilities management.
Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
