* Utilise advanced scheduling techniques to manage appointment bookings using iPMS booking system.
* Maintain clear, professional, and concise communication over the phone and in person while working collaboratively with colleagues.
* Effectively utilise T-Pro transcriber functionality for dictation processing and document management.
