Job Description:
The Personal Lines Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling inbound sales and customer service calls, emails, and chat. This involves setting up new client accounts, updating customer information, and collaborating with the marketing team to follow leads.

* Setting up new client accounts and verifying customer documentation.
* Updating customer information in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
* Working with the marketing team to track and follow leads.
* Providing excellent customer service and generating sales opportunities.
* Overcoming objections and closing sales.
* Managing renewals and processing them efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess APA or CIP qualifications, have completed CPD training in line with Minimum Competency requirements, and have at least one year of experience in sales or customer service roles. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as a passion for working within the insurance industry.
