This is a great opportunity to join the team at the Park House Hotel Accommodation Department as Accommodation Supervisor.
The Park House Hotel is renowned for excellent customer service and standards and is one of Galway's best loved and busiest hotels for over 45 years.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Housekeeping Manager to lead the team
* To lead the team in the absence of the Accommodation Manger
* Report any maintenance issues to the Manager
* Supervision and inspection of guest rooms and relevant back of house areas ensuring that the Park House Hotel standards are adhered to
* Allocation and supervision of tasks to the Accommodation Team Members
* Ensuring that the office, linen room, floor storage rooms and trolleys are neatly maintained
* Daily training and instruction
The ideal candidate will:
* be available to work a flexible schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to hotel guests and to maintain flexibility within team
* have a minimum of at least 1 years experience as an accommodation supervisor in a 4 or 5* property
* have excellent attention to detail
* work well as part of a team
