About the role
This dynamic role is for an experienced workplace investigator, involving work across a broad range of assignments within our Forensic & Investigation Services team.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as a lead investigator on workplace investigations and protected disclosure investigations.
2. Prepare project reports and related outputs for review by Directors or Partners.
3. Contribute to other projects such as training, recruitment, and HR initiatives.
4. Support business development activities, including developing tender documents, marketing campaigns, and delivering client pitches.
5. Coach and support junior team members.
6. Contribute to financial and commercial management, including forecasting, invoicing, debtor management, WIP, and budgeting.
About the ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Extensive experience in workplace and protected disclosure investigations.
* Knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR topics (desirable).
* Experience managing a team while handling multiple assignments for diverse clients.
* Excellent report writing skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to build trusted client relationships with strong commercial acumen.
* A positive work ethic and proactive attitude.
