This is a full-time, permanent position based in Cork. The ideal candidate will have a recognised qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related business discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and e-commerce strategy to support revenue growth across accommodation, conferencing, events, and food & beverage offerings.
* Revenue & Performance Management: Oversee performance of the booking engine, ensuring optimal conversion and user experience.
* Brand Development & Content Oversight: Manage online brand representation across all web assets, landing pages, and microsites.
* Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration: Manage relationships with third-party agencies (PPC, SEO, and web development) to enhance digital campaign performance.
* Social Media & Reputation Management: Lead the development and execution of a multi-property social media strategy.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a Digital Marketing Executive, providing clear direction and development opportunities.
