Key Responsibilities:

* Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and handling post collection and delivery.

* Carry out some general typing tasks as needed.

* Show a willingness to be trained to assist with secretarial work.

* Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.

* Organize and maintain client files, both physical and electronic.

* Coordinate appointments, meetings, and court dates for attorneys.

* Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.

* Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials on behalf of attorneys.

* Assist with billing and invoicing tasks.

Requirements:

* Previous office experience, particularly in answering phones and typing.
