We're looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with strong local knowledge to join our property management team in Galway City on a full-time basis.
Must be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and a keen ability to manage tasks efficiently.
20 paid holiday days plus bank holidays.
Christmas gift bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
Communicating with tradespeople and service providers
Conducting property inventories and inspections
Managing emails and scheduling tasks
Arranging cleaning services for properties
Requirements:
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Strong local knowledge and networking ability
A positive attitude and ambition to grow within the role
A valid driver's license and access to a car
