Conference and Banqueting Manager Opportunity
A leading luxury hotel in Trim, Co. Meath seeks an experienced professional to oversee the successful planning and execution of all events within the hotel.

About the Role
Manage all aspects of the Conference & Banqueting department on a daily basis
Oversee event set-up, service, and breakdown in coordination with operational teams
Liaise with clients to ensure all event requirements are met and expectations exceeded
Lead, train, and schedule the C&B team to deliver exceptional event experiences
Collaborate with Sales, Kitchen, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth operations
Monitor service standards and implement improvements as needed
Ensure compliance with all health & safety, fire, and hygiene regulations
Manage stock levels, linen, equipment, and function room readiness
Requirements
2+ years' experience in a similar Conference & Banqueting or Events Management role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
A passion for delivering excellent guest service with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Knowledge of event software systems is an advantage
Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland
