About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. They will be able to effectively manage site programmes and associated schedules, as well as supervise works on site and ensure that they meet the required quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Coordination and supervision of construction projects
* Management of site personnel and subcontractors
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Managing budgets and resources
* Collaborating with Contracts Managers and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
In addition to their technical skills and experience, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
* A Degree in Construction Management or similar
* A minimum of 10 years proven experience as a Site Manager/ Project Manager
* Engineering background desirable
* Experience in residential sector essential
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines
* Strong I.T skills, including Microsoft Suite (including Project)
