Spa Manager Job Description
The Spa Manager will oversee the entire operation to ensure quality service and standards while delivering a unique guest experience.
Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements
2. Fostering guest satisfaction and following up on feedback
3. Promoting spa products and increasing sales
4. Creating and training on standard operating procedures
5. Maintaining staff schedules and coordinating equipment maintenance
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of spa experience, with at least 2 years in a management role. CIBTAC, ITEC, or CIDESCO qualifications are desirable.
