The Role: Operations Apprentice
We're immediately hiring full-time Operations Apprentices and are committed to providing them with the training, tools, technology, and support they need to succeed.
As an Advocate Operations Apprentice, you'll work with different teams throughout the company while building a solid foundation for growth.
This role offers a clear beginning, open direction, and endless possibilities for a fulfilling career path.
Your focus will be on optimizing daily activities and performance, including:
1. Miscellaneous office tasks
2. Using a ticketing system to attend to organizational needs
3. Traveling to job sites to:
* Capture photos
* Drop-off permits and materials
* Pick up unused materials and make returns
* Clean up after completion
* Pick up checks from customers
The Requirements:
* A valid driver's license
* Ability to pass criminal background and MVR checks
* Ability to travel to training events
* Ability to lift 70 lbs
* Ability to thrive in various outdoor weather conditions
* Willingness to work non-traditional hours when needed
