You will ensure the safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of construction, maintenance, and emergency response activities. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence while fostering a high-performing team culture.Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day T&D operations, including construction, maintenance, and emergency response projects.Plan, schedule, and coordinate resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.Manage and mentor Project Managers and teams, providing coaching and performance feedback.Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to meet scope, quality, and delivery expectations.Collaborate with engineering, project management, and procurement teams for alignment across projects.Develop and manage budgets, cost controls, and resource planning.Support and lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain strong relationships with utility clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.Promote company values, safety standards, and operational excellence across all projects.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute).Minimum 8 years' experience in T&D projects, ideally with Utility design & construction teams.Proven ability to lead complex infrastructure projects (transmission lines, substations, distribution networks).Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to positively influence, lead, and manage change in dynamic environments.Benefits:Competitive salary, open and dependent on experience.Paid study/exam leave and course fees covered for first attempts.Opportunities for professional growth through CPD, training, and leadership development.Supportive work-life balance and dynamic, collaborative environment.Work with industry leaders on projects that contribute to a sustainable future.
