Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our communications department, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of high-impact consumer PR campaigns that drive brand love and generate standout earned media.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of all consumer-facing PR campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing, corporate, and business priorities. You will own the strategy and execution of consumer PR campaigns, ensuring they are fully integrated across earned media, influencer activations, social media, and brand content.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead campaign briefings for agencies, influencers, and internal teams, ensuring clear campaign objectives and KPIs.
* Develop and own the influencer partnership strategy, working with both micro and macro influencers to deliver authentic brand advocacy.
* Negotiate influencer contracts, manage compliance, and ensure high-quality, measurable content delivery.
* Track influencer performance, optimise collaborations, and report on ROI and engagement metrics.
* Partner with digital, content, and social media teams to ensure PR campaigns are amplified effectively across owned and paid social channels.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
* 7–10 years of consumer PR experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or agency with experience managing national, high-profile campaigns.
* Deep understanding of both traditional media and modern influencer ecosystems across Ireland.
* Proven track record of delivering integrated, multi-channel consumer PR campaigns that blend earned media, influencer partnerships, and digital amplification.
