Your mission
What does a Graduate Health & Safety advisor do at BAM?
As part of our H&S team, you will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in safety, one of our top priorities. You will work closely with site teams to promote a culture of safety, ensure compliance with regulations, and develop innovative solutions to keep our people and partners safe. This role gives you the opportunity to make a real impact every single day.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for ambitious final‑year students and recent graduates who are ready to kickstart their career with BAM Ireland.
You should be studying for (or have just completed) a relevant degree in Health & Safety at an Irish third‑level institute or University.
You will have Graduated in 2025 or be due to graduate in Summer 2026.
