* Medication Management: Administer prescribed medications, documenting administration accurately in accordance with Company procedure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Registration: Current registration with An Bord Altranais.
* Communication: Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, relatives, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Clinical Expertise: Proven clinical expertise, with knowledge of HIQA standards and best practices in nursing care.
