My multinational client in Shannon is looking for a HR Administrator / Office Support candidate to join their team. This role is an immediately start and will initially be a one month contract with a strong potential for extension for the right candidate. This role would suit someone with previous experience in admin/ HR/ recruitment or a recent Business grad
This is a Hybrid role 3 days in office and 2 days from home.
Some of the Duties Include:
- Recruitment Administration
- Support the probation process
- Liaison between the Business, HR Team and OHS.
- Invoice Management
- System Updates
- Adhoc duties are required by the team
Requirements:
• Office experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills
• Good telephone manner
• Excellent attention to detail
• Well organised but flexible to meet changing demands
