Overview
We are hiring a Retail Betting Assistant for Paddy Power in Waterford, Ireland. The role is part-time and involves welcoming customers, delivering best-in-class service, and promoting our online and retail products. Full training will be provided; your attitude and motivation are what matter.
Starting Salary: €14.00 per hour
What you’ll do
You will be the welcoming host for customers, ensuring an outstanding experience in our retail shop. You’ll engage with visitors, promote our products and services, and help customers enjoy their time with us. You will contribute to a warm, technology-friendly environment and support the delivery of hospitality in the dynamic world of retail betting.
Responsibilities
* Assisting customers to place bets through various channels, including betting terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions
* Maintaining excellent shop presentation standards to create an inviting atmosphere
* Step up and guide operations in the absence of the Shop and Deputy Manager, ensuring smooth functioning
* Adapt to different situations while remaining customer-focused
* Fulfill social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations
