Partnering with our most senior sales account executives, this role will suit those looking to take their enterprise sales skills to the next level.ResponsibilitiesManage the entire sales cycle from acquisition to signing deals, coordinating appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners, etc.Use solution‑selling expertise to respond optimally to customer needs and identify business potential, building a strategic, long‑term partnership with customers.Engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value‑based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into enterprise accounts within an assigned subset of major accounts/customers or vertical markets.Build and maintain a sales pipeline week to week, ensuring over‑achievement within the designated market sector(s).Minimum QualificationsAt least 2 years of quota‑carrying sales experience.Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles with ownership of all aspects of territory management.Self‑driven, curious, humble, and coachable.Strong business and sales acumen.Proficiency in Polish and English.Preferred QualificationsProven track record of exceeding sales quota, especially in SaaS solutions.Experience selling to diverse buying centers of enterprise customers (Sales, Service, Marketing, IT, Procurement, etc.).Experience in CRM application sales, SaaS solutions sales, or relevant industry sectors.
