The company specializes in full turnkey solutions from design through to commissioning and has a strong reputation across Europe.Role OverviewThe CSA Project Manager will oversee theCivil and Structural packages, including:Ground worksStructural worksGeneral buildExternal/facadesStreet worksYou'll report to the Project Director and ensure all works are deliveredsafely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage CSA project cost, schedule, and budgetLead CSA work packages and coordinate subcontractorsTrack milestones and prevent delaysReview scopes, pricing, and proposalsFacilitate client meetings and coordination sessionsMonitor construction costs and prepare reportsManage procurement and long-lead itemsOversee quality control and ensure compliance with standardsCoordinate with MEP and commissioning teamsHandle documentation, handover, and close-outRequirementsDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field10+ years' experience in main contractingProven track record in CSA package management on large-scale projects (preferably data centres or other complex projects like pharmaceutical or oil & gas)Strong technical knowledgeExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and project management toolsAbility to manage stakeholders and integrate CSA with MEP/commissioningCommercially astute with strong problem-solving skillsCommitment to safety, efficiency, and quality
