Description:
We are looking for a full-time Butcher. This is a temporary 3 month contract that could lead into a permanent position.
Duties include:
* Boning and cutting of meat for customers orders.
* Cutting to yields agreed with butchery production manager.
* Ensuring all cuts meet customer and quality specification.
* Cleaning of production area and equipment.
Ideal candidate will have:
* Experience regarding cutting and boning
* Understanding HACCP and food safety training and understanding the importance of regulations which are set.
