Our Energy team is one of Ireland's leading energy practices and we are looking to hire an Associate Solicitor for our transactional and advisory practice.
The Role
Our Energy team has advised on some of the largest Irish energy transactions in recent years.
We are renowned in the sector for our exemplary work on transactional.

The successful candidate will join a team of lawyers who offer the most comprehensive suite of legal services available to the Irish energy market in both renewable and traditional sectors.
This role presents an exciting career track for the right individual.
The team advises sponsors, lenders and developers on the development, financing and construction of large-scale energy infrastructure projects as well as energy M&A transactions.
Candidate Requirements
NQ -2 years PQE;
Highly motivated candidates from private practice or in-house with experience working on energy and infrastructure projects;
Experienced general construction or M&A lawyers looking to focus their careers to energy and infrastructure work may find the role of interest.
