The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining manufacturing software using C# and .NET (Framework and Core). This role involves building scalable, secure backend services, APIs and application components that interact with complex production equipment. The successful candidate will also design, manage and optimize SQL Server databases and queries.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and developing software solutions using .NET Core and/or .NET Framework
* Building scalable and secure backend services and APIs
* Integrating software with industrial equipment or SCADA systems
* Managing and optimizing database performance using SQL Server
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or related field
* 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on C#/.NET
* Solid experience with .NET Core and/or .NET Framework
* Proficient in relational database development using SQL Server
* Strong understanding of object-oriented design, SOLID principles and software design patterns
A regulated environment (medical device, pharma or automotive) experience is desirable but not necessary.
