Based in Belfast City Centre with work currently underway ahead of its opening, this hotel will be an exciting, vibrant addition to the city, boasting a bright and stylish design. Renowned for delivering an innovative approach to hospitality all while offering affordable options to their guests. The role: With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Sales Manager will: Be part of a brand-new team, in a brand-new hotel - driving new sales and maximising revenue. Develop strategic partnerships, acquire new clients, all while delivering the exemplary, exceptional service. Work side-by-side with internal teams, ensuring sales efforts completely align with the brand and property objectives. The person: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3 years in hotel sales and demonstrable evidence of meeting and exceeding targets. Able to think strategically and tenacious in delivering results. Knowledge of the Belfast market/regional hospitality will be a distinct advantage. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written, and the ability to negotiate. Experienced in CRM systems, MS Office packages, and property management tools. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, to think on your feet and can adapt quickly. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. On offer: Negotiable salary. 10% bonus.
