Our commitment to doing business the right way is rooted in our TRUE values - Trust, Respect, Unity, and Empowerment.About The Role:Days of Working:Monday to Friday 9am to 5pmRole PurposeThe main purpose of the role is to provide support for security management services to our client and to maintain service provision within stipulated timeframes to ensure maximum Customer Service is achieved for physical security operations in ourClient facilities which include sites in Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Isle of Man.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for provision of regional support for all elements of security on commercial and operational sites including:Manned Security ServicesAssisting in security incident management and investigationAct as key interface with Security Suppliers in relation to planned, reactive and emergent security activities to ensure provision of a safe, effective and efficient serviceGood working knowledge of security systems (CCTV/IDS and Access Control) in design, installation and maintenanceCo-ordination of maintenance activities on electronic security systemsManagement of 3rd party contractorsEnsure all sites are monitored with all escalation and response procedures in placeImplement SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) for standard servicing and maintenance. Ensure contingency response is in place and managed for out of hours and critical failuresEnsure delivery of security equipment and system services within annual OPEX and CAPEX budgetsEnsure all HSQE requirements are in place including Safety Statements, Method Statements, Risk Assessments and permits for all maintenance and project worksSupport the development and implementation of security policies and proceduresCo-ordination of the security risk assessment programCompletion of regular site security auditsReporting on Security risk to the Physical Security ManagerPromotion of awareness of security among management and staff in the protection of the client’s premises, equipment and informationProvision of security advice to client operations where requiredInput into security weekly/monthly/annual reportingEnsure compliance with statutory and legislative requirementsAttend meetings with Senior Management / Regional Managers and act as point of contact for any security related escalationParticipate in the on-call rota for Security Management as requiredOther duties as maybe assigned from time to time.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Relevant third level qualification in Security / Engineering / Business or similarMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in a physical security management role or a building management role (with security function)Previous management experience within the security systems industry is desirableProven experience in delivering best in class maintenance programs across multiple sites.Experience in the management of 3rd party contractorsPrevious experience with initiating and maintaining strategic relationships both internally and externally, using strong influencing skills to achieve business goalsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to generate innovative solutions as requiredExcellent presentation skillsDriver of high standards for individual, team and organisational accomplishment and delivering desired resultsProven track record with dealing with complex issues, proactively and in a timely fashion, along with the ability to communicate complex information to others.Full Driver’s LicenseHow to Apply:If you are interested in joining a business that encourages professional development, career progression and the chance to work with inspirational people then please click apply and register your interest!
